In cases of cancellation we accept no liability for travel costs incurred by you prior to issue of the Booking Confirmation.
Deposit Payment, Security Bond and Keys
For the use of the property at 17, Les Vallons, Samoëns, we require a security bond of £400 or €600, to be made with the final balance payment. This will be returned to you as long as there is no damage to the property or contents. The chalet will be checked during the cleaning, on the day of departure, if there is damage you will be notified by telephone on your return, or if there is nothing your bond will be sent back by return of post, this will take about 4 days. Guests are advised to check all property and contents prior to their arrival and report any concerns immediately.
Keys for properties will only be given to you but failure to return keys will result in a €20 deduction from your security bond per set of keys. The key deposit will only be refunded upon safe return of the key(s).
